June 13 Busy Day

 Working on the gables

 Gravel thrown around the laneway home.

 Recessed lighting fixtures installed - around 80!

After a week's lull, it was a busy day today. Framers were in to add the gables, electricians came to install the recessed lighting, person came to measure for kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanities, gravel thrown around the laneway home.

June 12 LWH Drain tiles

 LWH drain tiles (pipes) installed.

We met with the electrician today to place all the recessed lighting.

June 8 Concrete floors poured

June 6 Radiant heating installed

June 5 Preparing for radiant heating & concrete

 Styrofoam laid in the basement, ready for concrete to be poured.

 All clean, ready for the radiant heating to be laid tomorrow.

Today we met with the person who'll be installing the security system, TV outlets, data ports and rough-in for the built-in vacuum. We went through the house where he marked all the placements.  Roofing will be finished tomorrow. Next week the radiant heating will be done, concrete poured in the main house and lwh, more framing in the main house.
